Absolutely killer service department, may be hard to get an appointment but they are quick and get it done right. I never feel like I’m being upsold bogus maintenance items nor pressured. Will Mccune is the service advisor I’ve dealt with the most and is awesome.

I had called Jay Wolf Honda dealership and was lucky enough to get Kalob as my "go to" guy. He was very helpful and listened to what my husband and I were wanting in a vehicle and wasn't pushy at all. He even answered my calls on his day off. We put the money down that was needed to hold the car we were interested in untill we were able to get there to check it all out. We were pre approved with a finance company so when we got there a few days later the process was so smooth and easy. We drove off in the Honda CRV we wanted and are very happy with it. Thanks Kalob for everything.

I had an excellent experience buying my car thanks to Kenny and the staff at Jay Wolfe Honda. Kenny was friendly and professional and made every effort to make sure I was comfortable and understood the process. Everyone I interacted with was amazing and really made an effort to understand what I needed in a vehicle and what my financial/budget goals were. I explained that I commuted for work and that the standard warranty would not benefit me any. They found a way to get me the extended warranty coverage I needed and still keep me within the budget I had set for myself. I was highly impressed with the customer service, and I’ll definitely be back when I need my next car!

I recently bought my new car from Honda! My sales agent, Kaleeb, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained every detail clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated and genuine care in making sure I got the right car for my needs. Highly recommend Kaleeb if you’re looking for an excellent buying experience!

As a rule I never leave a review unless it’s either the worst experience I’ve had or potentially the best. This review I’m happy to report to the masses does consist of the latter. Bottom line.. If you are car shopping at any Jay Wolfe dealership the only thing you need to remember is two simple consonants. (JC) This guy is a gentleman in the truest sense, not only polite, honest, but available 24/7 (my last text was returned at 4:47am! and yes I’m that annoying customer) But beyond that this man did something I thought was pretty remarkable….After we both concluded that after there was absolutely no potential for a deal with my budget and specs. A few weeks later I had found a car a few states away and was utterly lost about what to do. Basically, I’m new to Missouri, don’t know a soul and really needed some advice. I thought about it and said ..oh what the hell. I’ll give JC a call . I told him essentially that I didn’t know how different states sales tax work, or of he thought I could trust an independent shipper, pr even if the deal was worth pursuing! Listen.. not only did this man advise me (a few times) on how best to structure the deal to best achieve my specific budget. But encouraged me to call anytime if ran into any hang ups to call anytime (on his off hours) Today I closed and couldn’t be pleased with the purchase. Id like to thank JC and let him and Jay Wolfe Acura know that I stand by my word… if I so much as decide to buy a friggin Bigfoot Monster-Truck, I’m calling him first. Simply put this is how the car business should be and for that matter how all American business should be. So now instead of remembering two consonants regarding this experience. I’m also going to remember two words as well. WIN ———WIN———
