I have had the pleasure of working with John Mc Laughlin in the service department. My 2025 MDX required a new instrument panel (covered under warranty) and John followed up with me to let me know when the part had arrived and scheduled an appointment to have it installed that very day. I did NOT have to call him. EXCELLENT follow up. I've been in the dealership for a product recall and an oil change and have dealt with John on all three occasions. He is an asset to the organization!

My car salesman was Andrew Neighbors and he made this process a 5 star excellent experience!!! He was very welcoming, knowledgeable, quick, and made buying a car the best experience I’ve ever had! The staff was all very welcoming and managers were super friendly too!!! I highly recommended this dealership!!!
